Application: Magnetic beads are used to adsorb DNA to achieve the purpose of rapid purification of whole blood genomic DNA. It is suitable for extracting high-purity genomic DNA from 200ul anticoagulated whole blood samples. The kit can be used with the magnetic bar method automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument for high-throughput extraction experiments, and can also be manually operated using a magnetic frame. The cleaning fluid system can maximize the removal of protein, pigment, lipid and other inhibitory impurities. The extracted genomic DNA has large fragments, high yield, good purity, and is stable and reliable.
