Upon completion of the countdown, the unit maintains stirring while disabling heating, safeguarding samples from potential heat damage. Three distinct heating modes cater to diverse needs: fast heating, standard heating, and steady heating. For added safety, a "HOT" warning flashes on the LCD display if the work plate temperature exceeds 50?C after the power switch is turned off. Furthermore, two independent safety circuits continuously monitor the instrument. In the event of overheating or sensor malfunction, heating will cease and an alarm will sound. Detection of a short circuit will trigger a complete power cutoff, prioritizing user safety. Finally, the unit can be connected to a PC for remote control capabilities.
