Product Overview

The SP-UV1000 Spectrophotometer saves up to 200 group data sets and 200 standard curves, ensuring data integrity even after a sudden power failure. It features automatic wavelength setting for system calibration and operates within a wavelength range of 190 to 1100nm. The instrument automatically switches between Tungsten and Deuterium lamps and is fully equipped to execute all functions in stand-alone mode. It accommodates large samples with 5?100mm path length cuvettes and optional holders. For enhanced functionality, the optional application software 'Wave Professional' provides computer control and features such as spectrum scan, time scan (kinetics), multiwavelength scanning, and Nucleic Acid / Protein measurement (available for SP-V1100/SP-UV1100 models). A wide range of accessories are also available to further expand the spectrophotometer's capabilities.
