Product Overview

The SP-V1000 Spectrophotometer offers a range of features including the ability to save up to 200 group data sets and 200 standard curves. Data integrity is ensured with a restoration function even after power failures. The system automatically sets the wavelength to calibrate itself and operates across a wavelength range of 190 to 1100nm. It also automatically switches between Tungsten and Deuterium lamps. The spectrophotometer is fully equipped to execute all functions in stand-alone mode and can accommodate large samples with 5?100mm path length cuvettes using optional holders. For enhanced functionality, the optional application software 'Wave Professional' provides computer control and features like spectrum scan, time scan (kinetics), multiwavelength scanning, and Nucleic Acid/Protein measurement (available for SP-V1100/SP-UV1100 models). A wide range of accessories are also available to further expand the capabilities of the instrument.
