The TC1000-G-Pro Thermal Cycler Gradient boasts an elegant design coupled with excellent precision, delivering accurate and reproducible results for precise PCR optimization. Its new UI user interface features an easy-to-use graphical menu and a color touch screen with a user-friendly interface, simplifying program editing. High performance is achieved through advanced thermal gradient technology, high-performance Peltier elements, and independent heating segments that improve temperature control. An auxiliary heating mechanism diminishes the 'edge effect' and enhances temperature uniformity, while gradient temperature setting optimizes temperature easily in a single run. The cycler provides real-time display of program progress and time remaining, and allows for the setup of user security accounts and passwords. A one-click fast incubation function is available for denaturation, enzyme digestion/enzyme linkage, and ELISA requirements. Power failure protection with automatic program recovery ensures safe operation throughout the entire amplification process. A built-in WIFI module enables connection via LAN with a PC host computer, allowing simultaneous control of multiple PCR instruments from one computer. The hot lid temperature and operating mode are adjustable to meet diverse experimental needs, with automatic shut-off when the module temperature falls below 30?C. A USB interface supports saving and retrieving PCR data on a U disk, as well as updating software via U disk and LAN, enabling customizable programs, file customization, and multi-file storage. It offers a wide touchdown PCR temperature range (-9.9?C~+9.9?C) and a long PCR time range (-9min 59s~+9min 59s). Finally, it accommodates a wide range of consumables, including common PCR tubes, 8-well PCR strips, and 96-well PCR plates.
