The TC2000-G1/G2/G3 Thermal Cycler Gradient features a 10-inch large screen with a new UI, divided into single-channel, dual-channel, and three-channel options to meet diverse experimental needs. It utilizes advanced gradient temperature control technology and high-performance, long-lasting Peltier refrigeration and heating to achieve precise temperature control in zones. The multi-channel module design allows for running several different PCR gradient programs simultaneously, enabling multi-purpose use. A self-adaptive pressure lever hot cap ensures a tight seal with various test tube heights. The system supports up to 199 cycles with a countdown display, and incorporates edge temperature compensation technology for excellent temperature uniformity and gradient settings for easy optimization. Real-time program status is displayed, and security accounts and passwords can be set. Automatic power failure protection resumes unfinished cycles after power restoration. The hot lid temperature and operating mode are adjustable for different applications. A USB interface supports U-disk storage/reading of PCR data and software updates, with customization options for multiple file storage and support for Touchdown PCR and Long PCR experiments. It is compatible with common 0.2ml PCR tubes, PCR-8 strips, and 96-well PCR plates (no skirt, full skirt, half skirt).
