The RE2000-E Pilot Scale Digital Control Rotary Evaporator features an LCD digital display with an intuitive interface for operation and control. Its PID controller ensures precise control and fast setting. The heat bath utilizes stepless automatic motor lifting for smooth and silent operation. A reciprocation rotation function is included, proving most useful for concentrating samples with powder or solid particles. The double-layer high-efficiency condenser with an anti-backflow design offers a large condensation surface area and strong evaporation capacity, guaranteeing high-efficiency sample recovery. A professional airtightness system design with a PTFE sealing ring provides heat and corrosion resistance, along with high durability. An optional vacuum controller allows for free control of the vacuum degree. The heat bath's proprietary heat insulation design keeps the outer surface at a mild temperature, preventing accidental personnel burn injury. Equipped with an automatic switching valve, continuous collection can be carried out without affecting the negative pressure index of the system and solvent distillation. Users can choose between optional water bath or oil bath heating modes, with a standard water bath included. The evaporator also allows for continuous feeding of solution into the evaporating flask. Finally, a digital display steam temperature sensing device provides real-time feedback of the solvent steam temperature.
