The RE5000-E Pilot Scale Digital Control Rotary Evaporator features an LCD digital display with an intuitive interface for operation and control. Its PID controller ensures precise control and fast setting. The heat bath utilizes stepless automatic motor lifting, providing smooth and silent operation. A reciprocation rotation function is included, proving particularly useful for concentrating samples containing powder or solid particles. The double-layer high-efficiency condenser, with its anti-backflow design and large condensation surface area, offers strong evaporation capacity, guaranteeing high-efficiency sample recovery. A professional air tightness system design incorporates a PTFE sealing ring, known for its heat/corrosion resistance and high durability. An optional vacuum controller allows for free control of the vacuum degree. The heat bath's outer surface is maintained at a mild temperature thanks to a proprietary heat insulation design, preventing accidental personnel burn injury. Equipped with an automatic switching valve, continuous collection can be performed without affecting the system's negative pressure index or solvent distillation. Users can choose between water bath or oil bath heating modes, with a standard water bath included. The evaporator also allows for continuous feeding of solution into the evaporating flask, and a digital display steam temperature sensing device provides real-time feedback of the solvent steam temperature.
