Counting Chamber Slides

Product Overview

The counting chamber slide consists of a standard microscope slide and a coverslip, is specially designed for sperm counting and motility analysis, it can be used for the concentration assessment of microalgae, cellular elements or any other cell suspension. All slides are disposable, ready-to-use, avoiding any contamination or influence due to the re-use effect. When a small volume of sample is deposited on the open edge of the chamber the fluid is distributed homogeneously by capillary action. The special coating on slide is nontoxic to cells and the thickness of coating are precisely controlled, helping to form a monolayer of cell in favor of the observation and counting.
