Immunofluorescence assay (IFA) slides are designedfor use in immunofluorescence tests. IFA slides have wells created with an extreme hydrophobic Teflon coating. The proprietary coating has a contact angle greater than 150? with distilled waterand approx. 20 microns of thickness, which can effectively prevent crosscontamination and fully increase well capacity. While the wells are hydrophilic to help antigens spread and enhance cell attachment.
