Introduction: This style fume hood is a custom-made fume hood for perchloric acid. The alkaline water neutralization and circulation system behind the deflector of the fume hood is the primary neutralization system, and its function is to ensure that high concentrations of perchloric acid residues do not accumulate in the fume hood, thereby causing chemical reactions such as combustion, explosion or a lot of heat.
